1. About York AutoWorx

York AutoWorx LLC is a family-owned automotive service and repair shop located at 4481 Valley Road, Birmingham, AL 35235. Our website allows customers to book appointments, contact us, and manage their membership accounts online.

2. Appointment Bookings

• Appointments can be booked online through our website for weekdays only (Monday through Friday).
• Available appointment times are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact and vehicle information.
• York AutoWorx reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent to the email address provided at booking. Please ensure your email address is correct.

3. Membership Program

• The York AutoWorx Membership Program is free to join and open to all customers.
• Members earn rewards based on completed services. Rewards are subject to the program terms described below.
• You must provide accurate personal and vehicle information when creating a membership account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• York AutoWorx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program at any time.

Membership Rewards

• Signup Bonus — One free Complete Diagnostic Scan or Vehicle Inspection, redeemable at the store. Expires 3 months from the date of account creation.
• Milestone Reward — One free Oil Change earned after every 5 qualifying services. Expires 3 months from the date earned.
• Referral Reward — 10% off any service earned when a friend signs up using your referral code. Expires 3 months from the date earned. One referral reward per referred friend. No limit on how many referral rewards you can earn.
• Rewards are redeemed in store only. Adam or Tera will mark the reward as redeemed after applying the discount or service.
• Rewards cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
• Services marked as excluded from rewards by York AutoWorx staff will not count toward milestone progress.
• Reward redemption appointments do not count toward milestone progress.

4. Email Communications

By using our website or creating a membership account, you consent to receive transactional emails from York AutoWorx. These include appointment confirmations, reminders, service completion notices, OTP verification codes, reward notifications, and reward expiry warnings. These emails are essential to the operation of our services and cannot be individually opted out of while maintaining an active account.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our website you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use disposable or fake email addresses to create accounts or book appointments
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the rewards system
• Use automated tools to access or interact with our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
